SEMI AUTOMATIC SINGLE HEAD BOTTLE CAPPING MACHINE

“AKSHAR” Semi-Automatic cap sealing machine is built on a sturdy welded MS frame that is completely closed within a stainless-steel sheet and doors that are provided to ease the function of the machine. The product is motorized by blending a rotating thread & sealing roller to carry forth the sealing of the ROPP caps

Feeding and Unloading the container is done manually by the positioning body and the neck of the container below the rotating head where the sealing head performs the operation of threading & sealing.
